Lewis N. Jack, Jr. is a senior partner in the law firm of Josephs Jack. He is in his thirty-third year of practice in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis upon complex civil litigation including the areas of Product Liability, Professional Malpractice (medical and legal), Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Claims, Insurance Defense, Extra-Contractual Liability Claims (Bad Faith), Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and
Employment Law.

He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1973.

Lew and his law firm are "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, The Florida Justice Association, The Defense Research Institute, The American Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, The Dade County Bar Association, The Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, and miscellaneous other professional groups. He has served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

He has recently been named as a "Top Lawyer" in the 2005 Fifth Anniversary Edition of the South Florida Legal Guide, in the areas of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death (defense and plaintiff) and Bad Faith (defense and plaintiff).
