Nicole I. Sieb
Nicole I. Sieb received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami
School of Law in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was a law clerk
at Josephs Jack & Miranda while in law school and joined the firm
as an attorney upon her admission to the Florida Bar. Her practice focuses
primarily on commercial litigation, professional malpractice, and insurance
defense. She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division, the Trial Lawyers
Division, and the Dade County Bar Association.
While in law school, Ms. Sieb was a Staff Editor
for the Inter-American Law Review, a member of the Executive Board of
the Moot Court Board, a Dean's Merit Scholar, and an intern for the Center
for Ethics and Public Service. She was bestowed such honors as the Thomas
Ewald Award, the highest award given in the Litigation Skills Program,
and, upon graduation, was inducted into the Order of the Coif (for high
scholastic achievement) and the Order of Barristers (for leading oral
advocacy). She was also an octa-finalist in the Duberstein National Bankruptcy
Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Sieb is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton,
Massachusetts, with a Bachelor
of Arts in Government, and also attended the London School of Economics
and
Political Science.
Nicole I. Sieb has been appointed as a member of the Student Education/Admissions to the Bar Committee of the Florida Bar.
